Tri-U was jointly initiated in 1994 by Mie University, Chiang Mai University, and Jiangsu University. Starting as a three-institution collaboration, it has gradually evolved into an international academic event involving multiple countries and institutions. It has become a vital platform for young scholars to engage in global exchanges and enhance their research capabilities, as well as a key platform for Asian universities to cultivate international young talents. The symposium focuses on hot topics, shares cutting-edge achievements across various fields, and provides young scholars with valuable opportunities for intellectual exchange and broadening their international perspectives. It has played a significant role in promoting academic exchanges and cooperation within Asia and even globally.
