Abstract: Support workshop is a new form of industry assistance and employment assistance after relocation.Taking the Z resettlement area of L County in Guangxi as an example, this paper explores the logical relationship between the workshop participants from the perspective of subjects.Research shows that the support workshop was set up under the promotion of industrial transfer by government, the pursuit of profit maximization by enterprise, and the transition to non-agricultural livelihoods by relocated households.According to “government-led, enterprise-driven, and participation of relocated households”, it should transform the resource potential of workshop into development capacity to achieve a win-win situation for all parties.But it still faces difficulties at this stage: the weak livelihood capital of relocated households cannot meet the labor demand market, the recruitment difficulties of workshop cannot achieve effective allocation of resources, labor-intensive workshop cannot resist market risks, and the shift in the focus of government support cannot guarantee the sustainable development of the workshop.Therefore, in order to guide the workshop to serve rural revitalization better, next we should strengthen skills training to improve the livelihood capital of the relocated households, adjust the employment mode of workshop based on the needs of relocated households, pay attention to scientific guidance to accelerate the integration and transformation of workshop, and increase the participation of relocated households to make the benefit mechanism of each subject perfect.
